Zielgerichtetes Training der Ischiokruralmuskulatur reduziert Verletzungen im Sport und im Alltag

Zusammenfassung
Um Verletzungen zu reduzieren, ist ein spezifisches Training der Ischiokruralmuskulatur wichtig. Ziele des Trainings sind u. a., die Muskeln nicht nur stark, sondern gleichzeitig beweglich zu machen. Dabei stehen Trainingsqualität und -intensität vor Belastungsvolumen. Dieser Artikel fasst die Kriterien des Trainings zusammen und gibt konkrete Trainingsempfehlungen.
